NextGen CRM is modular: enable CRM, Helpdesk, or both. Every plan includes the full functionality of the modules you enable.

CRM (sales)

  • Contacts & organizations — one shared address book for the whole team.
  • Leads & deals — pipeline view, stages, activities and reminders.
  • Conversations — WhatsApp and email threads linked to contacts and deals.

Helpdesk (support)

  • Tickets — from WhatsApp, email or the customer portal.
  • Knowledge base — articles that power self-service and AI answers.
  • Customer portal — a branded space where your customers track their tickets.

Working together

The modules share contacts, conversations and the AI layer. A WhatsApp message can become a deal for sales or a ticket for support — same inbox, one click apart. Cross-module visibility follows each user’s rights, so sales sees sales and support sees support unless you decide otherwise.

AI layer (both modules)

  • Automatic translation of content between your team’s languages.
