WhatsApp is the heart of NextGen CRM — here’s how to connect your number.

What you need

  • A phone number you control (it will become your business’s WhatsApp number).
  • A Meta (Facebook) business account — the wizard creates one if you don’t have it.

Connect via Embedded Signup

  1. In NextGen CRM go to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp → Connect.
  2. A Meta window opens (Embedded Signup): log in, pick or create your business, and verify your phone number.
  3. Done — incoming messages now appear in your NextGen CRM inbox.

Click-to-WhatsApp

Every plan gets a wa.me link and QR code for your number — put it on your website, invoices or shop window. Conversations started by the customer open a free 24-hour service window.

Troubleshooting

  • Number already in use on WhatsApp app: you must delete the regular WhatsApp account on that number first (Meta requirement).
  • Verification SMS not arriving: try the voice-call option in the Meta dialog.
