Getting started

NextGen CRM is a CRM + Helpdesk that lives where your customers are: on WhatsApp. This guide takes you from zero to your first customer conversation.

Create your account

There are two ways to sign up — pick whichever feels natural:

On the web: go to ngcrm.ai, click Start free, enter your company name, email and country, and confirm your email address.

On WhatsApp: just send us a message. Our AI assistant asks a few questions (company, country, what you do) and opens the account for you — you get a login link back in the same chat.

The 5-step setup wizard

On first login, a short wizard walks you through:

  1. Modules — CRM (sales), Helpdesk (support), or both.
  2. Language & currency — pick your language pack and local currency.
  3. Branding — your logo and colors.
  4. Team — invite colleagues by email (2 users are free forever).
  5. Channels — connect WhatsApp and email.

You can change any of this later in Settings.

Your first “aha”

Connect your WhatsApp number (how-to) and have a customer message you — the conversation lands in your inbox, linked to a contact, ready to become a deal or a ticket. That’s the whole point.
